The impact of app-based taxi services on travel behavior with in the urban transport system

The objective of the present research was to see the impact of app-based taxi service on travel behavior. In addition, we also wanted to look at variables such as convenience, time efficiency, affordability and others which contributed to travel behavior. The sample for this study consisted of 200 participants, all of whom were known to be app-based taxi users. However, the research was carried out with 157 participants in total.

Breast carcinoma is a major health problem that threatens the life of women with an increasing need for anticancer therapy. The present study designed to examine the efficiency of using sono/photodynamic therapy (SPDT) in combination with Garcinia cambogia as sono/photosensitizer, for Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma (EAC) therapy. The biochemical markers, hepatorenal injuries markers besides histopathological investigation were harnessed to examine the experimental groups after treatments.

Glucocorticoids are largely used in therapy for many diseases with a noteworthy efficacy. However, the use of glucocorticoids by a systemic or local way (topical or inhaled) is associated with numerous cutaneous side effects. Long duration of treatment and high dosage are associated with more severe side effects. Complications are related to the pharmacological properties of the molecules, especially metabolic and immunosuppressive. The mainly metabolic side effect is skin atrophy.

Le sd du compartiment abdominale est une entité qui est rare mais grave secondaire à plusieurs étiologie dans les plus fréquent post traumatique, nous rapportant le cas d’un patient qui s’est présentai dans un tableau d’ischémie chronique bénéficié d’une revascularisation , en postopératoire le patient a présenté une aggravation de l’état hémodynamique avec une pression intra abdominale à 16 mmhg, raison pour laquelle il a été admis au bloc opératoire pour une laparotomie décompressive avec aspiration de 2 litre du liquide claire comme le décrivent les données de la littérature.

Effect of healthy behavior on weight control for pupils in the 2nd of basic education

Background: Health and nutritional guidelines are important in improving healthy behavior, especially in the early age stages, when applied inside the school, where the student spends most of his time, and this helps students acquire healthy habits that greatly help in controlling weight and not suffering from overweight and obesity. Aim: Design nutritional health guidelines and know their impact on healthy behavior and weight control. Methods: A three-month pilot study of 100 students measuring healthy behavior and body weight.

“Double focal compression bandaging technique” is a modality of compression therapy, based on physiological concepts, such as arteriogenesis and angiogenesis. In this technique, we only use bandages and gauze to obtain pressure gradients, in the wound bed, which leads to stimulating arteriogenesis and angiogenesis around the area, which healing vascular leg ulcers. This technique was presented in the 15th World Congress Union Internationale de Phlebologie, October 2005, Rio (Brazil).

Technological diversity in flipped classrooms: experiences and obstacles

This paper focuses on the ability of lecturers in Saudi universities to employ technological diversity in flipped classrooms and the barriers that prevent them from using this technology. A quantitative method was used in this study, with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The study sample consisted of 270 Saudi university lecturers. The results showed that the lecturers did not have sufficient experience of employing technological diversity to deliver content to students before their lectures.

Risk factors and biochemical indicators of type 2 diabetes mellitus in university teachers

In order to determine the association between blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and oral glucose tolerance test (POTG), with the risk of developing DM2 in university professors of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Technical University of Babahoyo, a descriptive, comparative and correlational research will be carried out, with a prospective, cross-sectional and non-experimental design, the sample will be 100 teachers. The Findrisc scale will be applied, the POTG and HbA1c will be performed. Descriptive and inferential statistics will be used in the analysis.

An analytical study for the reality of crises management in sport clubs at arab republic of egypt

This the research aims at conducting an analytical study for the reality of crises management in sport clubs at Arab Republic of Egypt. The researchers used the descriptive method (the method of survey studies). The research community is represented in civil sport clubs at Arab Republic of Egypt of (635) clubs. The researcher selected the research sample by stratified random method from members of sport clubs board of directors (under research), where Arab Republic of Egypt was divided into five sectors. A random sample was selected from each sector. The selected clubs were (87) ones.
