Background: The S.A.Q exercises are one of the modern methods that seek to raise the level of players to reach the highest levels that achieve the best results. They contributes to develop and improve the level of performance of the beginners. As they can be practiced by the beginners and those with higher levels. Aim: Identify the effectiveness of using S.A.Q exercises on developing the motion performance and the digital achievement for speed swimmers Method: An experimental study on the students of faculty of physical education, Water department, Minia University.

Issues of origin, development and problems of radio in Uzbekistan (1927-1941)

Information on the origin and development of radio in Uzbekistan, its material and technical condition and staffing in the early years. The article also provides detailed information on the work carried out during the period of the national development of broadcast networks up to 1941, but also covers the issues of broadcasting, the volume and the content of the first stage of the radio installation process. In addition, the article gives an overview of the regional and city radio installation and specific facts about the emergence of regional radios.

The effect of an interactive fitness training program on the skill of defensive coverage for volleyball beginners

Study of ground water quality of mandideep industrial area, Madhya Pradesh, India

Ground water quality, especially within industrial area is increasing interest for study. This paper is focus on the ground water quality status of Mandideep industrial area of Madhya Pradesh India. Study of physico-chemical parameters of ground water was carried out during different quarters of year 2018- 2019. In present study, total thirteen ground water samples were collected from selected locations at Mandideep industrial area. Ground water was monitored and samples were analyzed by standard methods.

Efficient of bacterial isolates in bio-treatment dairy industries wastewater

Biodegradation has been proven as the most efficient, eco-friendly and cost-effective technique for the treatment of wastewater. The present investigation was planned to identify the bacterial strains which are effective for the biological degradation of dairy wastewater. Samples were collected from Arab dairy factory located at Sendbes Al-Qanater El-Khayria City, Qalubia, Egypt. Seven bacterial isolate were isolated and screening of protease producing bacteria on skim milk agar.

The interactive whiteboard at primary school a new instrument to innovate teaching and learning of french as a foreign language

The techno-pedagogical device proposed in this article, requests fully the Interactive Whiteboard (IWB). It aims at developing French language expression and communication skills in concrete learning situations, and deepens the reflection on the functioning of the language. The socio-cognitive commitment of the learner is particularly solicited so that he can give more meaning to his learning.

Neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix: about 2 cases and review of the literature

Neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma of the cervix is a malignant and rare tumor representing less than 3% of all cervical tumors. The diagnostic and therapeutic management of these tumors is difficult and is essentially modeled on that one of pulmonary neuroendocrine tumors. Like the latter and despite multimodal treatment, their prognosis remains unfavorable. We report 2 new cases of small cell cervical neuroendocrine carcinoma and through the giving facts of the literature we will focus on the different aspects of this rare entity.

Effectiveness of hot water application and therapeutic exercise in reducing the level of osteoarthritis and joint pain among elderly in selected old age homes Puducherry

Background: Osteoarthritis will be the most common joint disease in the near future and is projected to be rank second for women and fourth for men in terms of years lived with disability. WHO (2011) reports that osteoarthritis affects 9.6% of men and 18% of women worldwide. Aim: This study was designed to compare the effectiveness of hot water application and therapeutic exercise in reducing the level of osteoarthritis and joint pain among elderly. Subjects and methods: Quasi- experimental non equivalent two group pre-test and post-test design was adopted for this Study.

Rehabilitation of lower back pain with manual therapy and electrotherapy

Definition-Introduction: Lower back pain is one of the most frequent musculoskeletal problems in physiotherapeutic clinical practice, with the most frequent incidence in the middle and later ages. Spondylarthrosis lumbalis is part of the osteoarthritis group and involves injuries to the articular cartilage level and it is associated with destructive and constructive phenomena (osteophytes). Spondylarthrosis can be developed in different parts of the vertebrae columns. Lumbal spondylarthrosis affects the vertebrae at level L1-L5.

Environmental effects on the flashover voltage of epoxy composites

Addition of inorganic fillers for resin Epoxy helps to improve the electrical properties of polymer insulation materials, according to the percentage of filler concentrations and filler types. Experiments and measurements have been performed to study and analyze the flashover voltage of Epoxy with Magnesium hydroxide, Silica and Mica fillers with variety of samples lengths at different weather conditions. These measurements also aimed to improve the electrical properties in addition to maximize the flash overvoltage.
