A precision attachment is mechanical devices made up of two or more parts. One part is connected to a tooth, root or implant, the other to an artificial prosthesis to provide mechanical connection between the two. Attachments are used as alternative to clasps in removable partial denture therapy for both aesthetic and functional purpose. Their application is not only limited to removable partial dentures, but has a broader usage in fixed bridges, over dentures, implant supported dentures as well.

Gangrenous mastitis is rare in female goat specially three days after kidding which has the criteria of difficult correction and management in a poor family. Referred by local quack three years old Jamunapari female goat was presented at SAQTVH with the complaint of large swelling of udder and the milk not coming from the teat. From 1st day of kidding the udder was painful to touch. We observed right quarter of the doe had swelling of 7.25 cm in diameter and was cold upon touch.

Objectives: To determine the effect of herbal medicine therapy on decreasing of IgG anti-TORCH and comparison of the effectiveness of herbal therapy based on IgG titer group. Fissure-in-ano is a linear boat shaped ulcer in the anal canali. It is always associated with spasm of anal sphincter, bright streaks of blood with the passage of stool and pain after defecation. Patient desist defecation rather than going through the agony, leading to constipation. Among anorectal disorders nearly 80% of patients are suffering from fissure-in-ano. Now a day’s people are busy and they don’t prefer hospital stay and surgery. Under the above circumstances, there is a need to find out simple and patient friendly medicament.

Background: Attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) defined as physical movements which exceed the normal limit or the acceptable limit, and it shows in the form of a group of behavioral disorders arise as a result of many psychological and organic causes. Hyperactivity includes random, involuntary and unsuitable movements accompanied with an attention deficit. Despite the importance of the teacher's knowledge in the symptoms of the ADHD and the ways to deal with it; a small number of previous studies have examined this area.

Materials and Methods: Quantitative quasi experimental randomized one group pretest and posttest design study was carried out to find out the effectiveness of hand hygiene teaching on knowledge, attitudes and practice among secondary school students hypothesis tested to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching program. 95 students enrolled in the study.

The study of these neoplasms with nuclear medicine allows assessing more accurately the biological component of the lesion.
