The principale of activating e-governance to improve institutional performance in sports federations in the arab republic of Egypt

Background: The current research aims to identify the principles of activating governance e in improving the performance of institutional Egyptian sports federations , used researcher When curriculum Description J (Studies style survey) steps and procedures so as to relevance to achieve the goals of the research , The research community in the members of the departments of the Council of Federations sports executive committees, which Athletic Union numbered (29), as well as employees, coaches, referees, administrators and players enrolled in the records of the sports season 2019 / 2020 has to LGA research community about (8831) individuals , has made the researcher When By randomly selecting the research sample from the research community, which is represented by each federation {members of the board of directors, members of the executive committees, workers, administrators, players, coaches, referees}, The study sample consisted of (134) individuals with a percentage of 1.5 % of the research community, To collect the data, the researchers used a questionnaire "The reality of the principles of electronic governance to activate the institutional performance of sports federations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, " and the most important results came: The percentage of opinions of the research sample in the seventh axis phrases ( electronic governance methods to activate institutional performance) ranged between , (55.22% : 82.59 %) and the percentage of the axis ( 67.41 % ), The level of application of the principles of e-governance in sports federations on average.
