Decision-makingin the management of fixed prosthesis cases among senior year dental students part ii: at-risk and specific patients

Purpose: To assess the ability of senior year dental students to adapt the treatment plan based on specific patient conditions. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study involved a sample of 150 senior year students at the Faculty of Dentistry in Casablanca. The survey used a questionnaire with different clinical situations. Results: The most proposed solution for a patient with low financial means was to replace the missing teeth with a removable prosthesis (67.5%).

Augmented reality in teaching and learning french for young children

Teaching non-natives French is usually faced with several difficulties such as lack of motivation due to cultural and societal differences. Although information and digital technological measures have, over the years, attempted to solve these learning and teaching challenges, none has done it better than Augmented Reality; AR. Causality test of ict growth and economic development in human development index perspective

This paper applied Granger Causality test to examine the relationship between ICT (information and communication technology) and economic development with human development index (HDI) as a proxy for economic development. This is accomplished by using time-series data of ICT growth contribution to economy and HDI, which covered time period of 19 years (2000 - 2018).The causality test revealed a high level of causal relationship between the dependent and independent variables, and the time series data for the covered time period are stationary.

Performance appraisal of employees productivity in selected banks in port harcourt

The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between performance appraisal and employee productivity. In this research, the descriptive research method was employed; the survey study approach was adopted. However, for the sake of time constraint the population of the study comprises was selected from senior and junior staff of ten (10) commercial banks in Port Harcourt, Rivers State while the random sampling method was employed to select one hundred and twenty one respondents (121) respondents.

Particulate systems like nanoparticles have been used as a physical approach to alter and improve the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of various types of drug molecules. Most oil and gas quoted companies in Nigeria have often given insufficient attention to the communities where they operate, this is usually because of the need to regularly increase their profit maximization strategy. Preventing surgical site infections in east and sub-saharan Africa

This research project provides evidence-based scientific methods for preventing Surgical Site Infections (SSIs) following operative obstetric and gynecologic procedures in East and sub-Saharan Africa. Some examples of these gynecological and obstetric-related procedures are caesarian section, hysterectomies, myomectomies, oophorectomies, and tubal ligations. An initial meta-analysis of 120 articles (n1=120) was used for providing the best infection control protocols that have proven successful in some of the developing and developed countries.
